Position: Class A CDL Driver - Team Position (Dedicated Route)
Xpress Logistics is looking for experienced Class A drivers ready to run as part of a two-person team on a dedicated route. If you want consistent freight, steady miles, and a company that respects your time, we want to hear from you.
Route Details
- Dedicated lanes between California and Washington
- Occasional Portland to Kansas runs
- Team-paired driving (we will match you with a co-driver)
Pay & Miles
- Starting pay: $0.80/mile per driver, based on experience
- Minimum team mileage: 5,000 miles/week split between the Team
- Performance incentives and sign-on bonuses available
- Bonus pay for passing DOT inspections (bonus amount varies by inspection level)
Hours of Service
- Weekly 34-hour resets required
- Resets may occur at home on some weeks; other weeks resets will take place on the road as the route dictates
Requirements
- Valid Class A Domiciled CDL
- No more than 1 citation or violation in the last 3 years
- No collisions in the last 5 years
- Minimum 1+ year of OTR or regional driving experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness and ability to run as part of a team
- Must be willing to stay out 30 days at a time or a minimum of 3 weeks
