Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:

Fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care

Extractions and root canal therapy

Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions

Develop and present personalized treatment plans

Educate patients on oral health and long-term care

Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff

Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Indiana dental license (or eligibility)

Proficiency with dental practice management software

Strong diagnostic, communication, and case presentation skills

Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance

Leadership mindset with strong team collaboration skills
