*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality dental care for patients in accordance with Lousiana licensing requirements.
* Diagnose, plan, and deliver effective treatment for a wide range of emergency and restorative cases.
* Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and treatment options throughout all phases of care.
* Document encounters accurately and efficiently while maintaining complete and compliant patient records.
* Lead and collaborate with a team of dedicated clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
* Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all state and federal regulations.Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills in every patient interaction.
*Compensation*
This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually for full-time providers.

*Requirements*
Education:
* DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
Licenses & Certifications:
* Active Louisiana dental license.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
* DEA registration for controlled substances.
Skills:
* Comprehensive clinical skills with sound diagnostic judgment.
* Excellent chairside manner and communication abilities.
* Commitment to ethical, patient-first care.
