Associate General Dentist - Associate Pediatric Dentist

*Wright Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a pediatric or general dentist to hire in its pediatric dental office in Ooltewah, TN. Specifically, we are looking for a doctor who shares our values and is as passionate about helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health as we are! So many doctors are hired and treated poorly, it is important that our doctor will have phenomenal pay to build on a long lasting career and not be pressured into meeting quotas for the sake of profit. While some experience is preferred, communication skills, confidence, positive attitude and a high motivation level are the key characteristics the owner is looking for.*
* *Busy Schedule from the beginning*

* *Experienced with and LOVES working with children*

* *Positive attitude with a great personality; excellent chairside manner and communication skills*

* *DDS/DMD from an accredited university*

* *Completion of residency from an accredited pediatric residency program (if pediatric)*

* *Active Dental Board License*

* *Experienced owner happy to mentor*

* *Incredible growth potential for expansion to additional future locations.*

Requirements
* DDS/DMD licensed (or ability to obtain licensure) to practice in Tennessee

* Excellent clinical and communication skills



*_Full Time Position Monday - Thursday 8-5 some Fridays 8-12 (subject to change based on the schedule you prefer) _*

*_Daily minimum guaranteed first 6 months. Paid on Production. (To be discussed) _*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,516.57 - $334,942.03 per year
