Newgraduates and H1 visas are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
- Weekdays:6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekends:6:30 AM - 7:00 AM
- Occasionalextended shift until 7:30 AM
- Onedaytime weekend shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (covering 10 patients)
- Average:12 shifts/month
PatientLoad: 4-5 admissionsper shift, Cross coverage: 30-40 patients
TeamStructure: 9Nocturnists per night, Sick call backup support
Compensation:
- Newgraduates: $265,000+
- Salaryincreases based on years post-residency
- Fullbenefits package
Requirements:
- MD/DODegree
- BoardCertification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Validmedical license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Completionof an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
- HospitalistExperience Preferred but not required.
