Join a compassionate,mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization in Rosemead, CA, dedicated todelivering comprehensive, community-based care to older adults through awell-established PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Physician to provide high-qualityprimary care to a geriatric population, both in clinic and in the field.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday throughFriday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
- Split Schedule: 4 daysin-clinic / 1 day field-based
- Patient Load: Clinic: 8patients per day, Field: 4 patients per day
- Setting: 100% Geriatric,PACE model
- EMR: Athena
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary:$240,000-$280,000 annually (based on experience)
- Bonus: 10% annual bonus paidquarterly

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency required
- Passion for servingunderserved geriatric communities
- New graduates andexperienced physicians welcome
