Qualifications:

• Board Certification : Required
• Fellowship : Preferred
• Licensure : Licensed in California
• Certifications : BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Credentialing Timeframe : Approximately 45 days
• Malpractice History : Clean history with no open or paid claims over the past 10 years

Additional Details:

• Orientation and Onboarding : Scheduled for November 1, 2024, with coverage starting on November 4, 2024
• Temporary Privileges : Available
• Hospital Designation : Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Credentialing Requirements : Online application must be completed within the first week of bid acceptance
