We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist for a 55-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, beginning on Aug 18, 2025. The role involves a Monday to Thursday schedule with four 10-hour shifts, focusing on comprehensive mental health care within a correctional facility setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain overall clinical responsibility for mental health programs at the facility.
  • Oversee mental health screenings and evaluations.
  • Conduct sick call and chronic care visits.
  • Perform rounds in all units.
  • Formulate working diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and modify therapeutic regimens to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate and lead educational training activities related to mental health care.

Additional Information
  • A background in correctional facilities is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
  • Must be licensed in Arizona.
  • Familiarity with the TechCare EMR system is essential.
