Start: January 16th January 23rd, March 27th April 10th, April 24th May 8th then every 2 weeks on / 2 weeks offSchedule: Monday Friday (7:00am 4:00pm), Weekdays On-Call (4:00pm -7:00am), Weekend Call 24 hours will include weekend callProcedures: cardiac surgery , coronary artery bypass and valve replacement, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cath lab cases, endovascular coverageOther details:EMR - GE Centricity (Outpatient), Cerner (Inpatient),2 Cardiac ORs, 9 General ORs2-10 cases daily,CRNA supervision 2:1, 3:1Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years, TEE Certification requiredPay rate: $385/hour + additional call ratesMaxim benefits: licensure, travel/lodging (flight, hotel, rental car) and malpractice insurance
