- ICU Setting: Open ICU with 24/7 hospitalist coverage and 12/7 eICU support
- Call Schedule: 1:2
- Technology: ION Robot in OR, EBUS available
- Reason for Coverage: Expanding team

- Salary: Competitive base salary ($485,000+) plus production bonus

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive pulmonary care in outpatient setting
- Deliver critical care services in an open ICU setting
- Participate in call schedule
- Collaborate with clinic and hospital teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
