DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job Title: Medical Oncologist
- Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
- Location: Mountain Home, AR
- Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Cancer Center
- Clinical Shift Schedule: Weekday clinic and hospital responsibilities
- On-Call Shift Schedule: 1:4 call rotation
- Call Type: General Oncology Call
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Call Response Time: As required for inpatient oncology needs
PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Adults with cancer diagnoses
- Patient Volume/Census: To be determined; shared with 1 physician and 1 APP
- Case Mix: General medical oncology and hematology
FACILITY INFORMATION
- On-Site Services: - Laboratory - Imaging (CT, PET, X-Ray, Ultrasound) - On-site Pharmacy - Infusion Services - Radiation Oncology
- Support Staff Available: 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline: TBD

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Experience: Preferred but open to new graduates
- Other Qualifications: - Excellent multidisciplinary collaboration skills - Commitment to compassionate and evidence-based cancer care

- Provide outpatient and inpatient oncology services
- Collaborate with infusion, radiation, pharmacy, and imaging teams
- Participate in call rotation (1:4)
