- Job Title: Physician Family Medicine

- Service Setting: Community Health Center
- Coverage Type: Clinical Only
- Coverage Period: Starting ASAP Ongoing
- Clinical Shift Schedule: Days, Full Time
- On-Call Shift Schedule: As assigned (including backup clinician role)

- Patient Demographics: Culturally diverse population throughout the Merrimack Valley
- Phone Consults: Yes
- Case Mix: Family practice including routine, emergency, and preventive care
FACILITY INFORMATION
- Office Equipment Available: Standard primary care tools
- Specialty Backup Available: Referral networks
- Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary team of medical professionals
- Reason for Coverage: Ongoing staffing for expanding care delivery
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Rate: $200,000.00 $230,000.00 annual salary

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Massachusetts medical license
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
- Other Qualifications: - Residency completion in good standing - Excellent communication and clinical skills - Bilingual English/Spanish required - Confidential and professional demeanor - Ability to travel between sites
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive and continuing care in outpatient settings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in quality improvement and utilization review
- Teach and mentor medical residents and students
- Attend continuing education programs
- Serve on related committees as needed
- Represent the health center in the community and to external partners
- Support strategic and department-wide improvement initiatives
