JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: WV license required; IMLC accepted
• Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend 2-day orientation (July 31Aug 1, 2025)
• Provide solo IR coverage (Aug 48, 2025)
• Perform listed interventional procedures
• Use Cerner and Fuji PACS systems
• Provide coverage during vacation absences
• Follow facility policies and documentation standards
