JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Texas State Medical License
- Certifications:
- ACLS (AHA approved)
- ATLS (AHA approved)
- PALS (AHA approved)
- NRP (AHA approved)
- Experience:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM) with 2 years ER experience
- Residency trained in specialty
- Additional
Requirements:
- CDS & DEA with Texas address
- CME from the past 2 years
- Case logs from the past 2 years
- Copies of all education and training diplomas
- Social Security Card, Driver's License, and color photo emailed to MSO
- Annual requirements: 9 hours of Stroke CME and 9 hours of Trauma CME
