Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Full-Time, 2184 hours annually, 182 shifts of 12 hours each (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Call Schedule: Q4 with a 30-minute response time
- Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, 4th of July
Clinical Details:
- Specialties: Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine, Vascular and Interventional Radiology
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 PA/NP, 4 Office Staff
- Procedures: 8-10 per day including Fine Needle Aspiration, Bone Marrow Biopsy, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Core Needle Biopsy, Liver Biopsy, Intro Cath Dialysis, Flow Cytometry, IR Injections
- Call Type: Beeper, Call Back Rate: 8%
- Hospital Privileges: Required, Temporary Privileges Available
- Facility Trauma Level: 3
- Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
- Fellowship: Required in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
- License: Active OK license or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS
- Experience: 300 vascular and interventional radiology procedures in the past 12 months
- Specific Case Logs: Required for Embolization of Cerebral Aneurysm, Carotid Stent Placement, Intra-Arterial Stroke Therapy, and Neuro Intervention
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
