This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $165,000 $190,000 (based on years of experience)
- Sign-On Bonus of $12,500 or loan repayment
- Relocation Assistance is case by case
- Production Bonus based on annual patient encounters, with incremental earnings per visit beyond threshold

Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
- Seeing Pediatric Patients (ages 1-20)
- Average 18 patients per day
- Perform preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic services in a solo-site setting
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to commit to a 3-year contract term
- Open to H-1B and J1 visa candidates
