Manage a patient load of 6-12 patients per shift within a 22-bed department . Conduct assigned rounds on hospitalized patients, ensuring comprehensive care throughout their stay. Handle admissions, requiring your expertise to assess, diagnose, and plan treatment for new patients. Call Coverage : You will be required to take night call for pediatric patients, with a focus on managing newborns while on pediatric call. Flexibility to cover 12-hour day shifts for adult patients, ensuring a seamless transition between day and night coverage. Clinical Requirements : The role demands a physician who is board certified in either Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (IM/PED) . Essential certifications include BLS , NRP , ACLS , and PALS to ensure readiness for a range of clinical scenarios.
