Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Oregon Coast Hospital-employed opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join the team Competitive salary with 2-year guarantee plus productivity bonus potential Join a collaborative team of 3 Family Medicine physicians, 1 Internal Medicine physician, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Physician Assistant (adult/palliative care), and embedded behavioral and mental health support Work closely with a sister clinic offering Internal Medicine and Family Medicine providers, on-site walk-in care, radiology, and specialty services Full-time schedule: 34 patient contact hours over 4.5 days/week (M F, 7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.) Expected patient volume: up to 20 patients per day Shared phone-only call (currently 1:8 across both clinics) Established mentorship program for new graduates Starting bonus and loan repayment opportunities available Full benefits package including paid malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, CME allowance and professional dues, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match Epic EMR system Approximately 95 miles (2 2.5 hours) from Portland and 75 miles (1.5 2 hours) from Eugene Easy access to nearby airports in Portland and Eugene for convenient travel
