Medicus is collaborating with a reputable hospital in central Michigan that has an opportunity for a Hematologist Oncologist to assist their team with locum coverage. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p 1:5 shared call required, 5p-7a Setting: Inpatient and outpatient Daily Volume: 10-15 inpatients, 15 outpatients Patient Population: Adult and geriatric Nearly all hematology cases Duties: Participation on a tumor board, ordering tests and images, and prescribing medication Required Procedures: FNA/biopsy Support Staff: 6 MDs, 5 inpatient APPs, 6 outpatient APPs EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses During your time off, join a walking food tour or coffee crawl, catch a symphony performance or theater show in a grand performing arts center, and stroll a riverside promenade.
