Independent Driver / Appliance Installation Contractor Opportunity

Texas Installs LLC is seeking highly capable and professional Independent Driver / Appliance Installation Contractors to partner with us on projects. This is a 1099 contract opportunity for established businesses (DBA or LLC) that possess the necessary equipment, expertise, and personnel to safely and efficiently transport, deliver, and install household appliances. Contractors will be responsible for leading project sites, ensuring safety compliance, and providing exceptional service.

Contractor Responsibilities (Services to be Provided):

• Safely operate and maintain a 26ft box truck (owned by the contractor) for local appliance delivery and installation projects.
• Efficiently load and unload household appliances, utilizing appropriate equipment (e.g., appliance dolly, moving straps).
• Ability to consistently lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Professionally transport, deliver, and install a variety of household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, etc.) in residential and commercial settings according to industry standards and client specifications.
• Serve as the primary safety lead on project sites, ensuring that all personnel working under the contractor's supervision adhere to Texas Installs LLC's safety guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-project inspections of the contractor's vehicle and equipment.
• Prepare installation areas, including laying down protective coverings and moving obstacles.
• Assist with clean-up after installations are complete, ensuring the work area is tidy.
• Maintain accurate project logs, delivery confirmations, and necessary paperwork.
• Represent Texas Installs LLC professionally while on client sites, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Adapt to and perform services effectively in various outside working conditions, including diverse weather and environmental factors.
