Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, possess excellent attention to detail, and take pride in their work. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming and sanitary environment for our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including but not limited to, guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
n- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, walls, and furniture.
n- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries as needed.
n- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
n- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and inform management of low stock levels.
n- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company policies.
n- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
n- Assist with laundry services when required, including washing, folding, and distributing linens and garments.
n- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to inquiries or requests in a polite and efficient manner.
n- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
n- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as necessary.
n- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
n- Must be able to pass a background check and adhere to safety and health regulations.
