About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Program Management to spearhead the delivery of enterprise programs with a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic business impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling program delivery across core systems, transformation initiatives, and strategic business operations. This role demands a leader who can bring operational rigor, establish program visibility, and ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of key technology solutions. As the company undergoes a significant transformation, the VP of Program Management will also be a key sponsor for secure, compliant, and auditable system delivery, particularly in regulated industries.
Core responsibilities for the VP of Program Management include strategic program leadership, PMO scale-up, and operational rigor, as well as visibility and governance. The ideal candidate will be a program strategy leader, a metrics-driven operator, and a business-aligned technologist. They must also be a credible influencer, an executive partner, and a security-conscious program sponsor. The role involves leading a team of program managers, fostering a high-performing delivery organization, and ensuring that the program management function is aligned with the company's business priorities and technical strategy. The first-year outcomes for this role include scaling a visible and metrics-based PMO, delivering major milestones across various transformations, and operationalizing standard operating procedures and delivery methodologies across the technology organization.
