Matrix HR is seeking an experienced Oracle FMW Developer to support enterprise-level initiatives within the healthcare technology sector. This fully remote contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical systems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Java development and Oracle Fusion Middleware to a team focused on delivering high-impact solutions across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot (version 2.7 and above).
- Support and enhance components within the Oracle Fusion Middleware suite, including SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic.
- Design and manage secure integrations with OIM/OAM, LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Implement continuous integration and delivery processes using tools such as Maven and Jenkins.
- Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and proactively resolve issues to ensure system reliability.
- Manage tuning, patching, and application of security updates across WebLogic environments.
- Design Oracle ADF components and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable technology solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software development.
- Proficiency in Java (versions 8 through 21) and the Spring Framework (version 5.3.10 or higher).
- In-depth experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic.
- Strong working knowledge of development tools such as JDeveloper, Eclipse, SQLDeveloper, and TOAD.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies, particularly Maven and Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Fluent in English (native or bilingual proficiency).
- Experience with Oracle ADF development and architecture.
- Exposure to DevOps integration, scripting, and automation practices.
- Familiarity with AWS or Big Data technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in performance tuning and implementing WebLogic security policies.
