Job Description:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be a critical part of the Global Corporate IT team at a leading global technology company. You will provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your role is to ensure our internal teams have the reliable tools and systems they need to succeed, minimizing downtime and empowering productivity through expert guidance and swift problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users related to hardware (laptops, mobile devices), software, operating systems (Windows & macOS), and network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Administer the IT lifecycle for employees, including account creation, permissions management (Active Directory, O365), and secure onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Manage and resolve support requests through an ITSM ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), ensuring adherence to SLAs and proper escalation.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoints using management platforms such as SCCM/Intune and JAMF.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency and empower users.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk role, preferably within a large-scale, global organization.
  • Proven, hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS corporate environments is essential.
  • Strong proficiency with Active Directory, O365/Google Workspace administration, and ITSM ticketing systems.
  • A logical, structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are a significant plus.
