Location: Richmond, VA (100% Onsite)
Job Type: Contract 6 Month

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SharePoint Programmer to lead the design, development, and implementation of a centralized, interactive, and user-friendly reporting environment. This role will focus on building and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions that streamline data access, enhance collaboration, and support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint websites and applications with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability.
Create interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting tools within SharePoint.
Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and data sources to centralize reporting capabilities.
Customize SharePoint web parts, workflows, and forms using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.
Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019+).
Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and integrating them into SharePoint.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing secure, role-based access systems within SharePoint.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Background in business intelligence or data analytics.
