Regional Sales Manager- Western Division

Horton, Inc. has an opening for a Regional Sales Manager- Western Division. The position involves representing the company in sales activities focused on an assigned region, maintaining relationships, collecting customer feedback, persuading customers to buy, influencing the specification of Horton products, and resolving conflicts. The role also includes identifying new customers, supporting distributors through training, and communicating company sales and warranty policies.

Responsibilities include developing new sales, servicing existing accounts, providing technical training, supervising information flow regarding products and pricing, logging new sales leads, retaining existing clients, guiding and training manufacturer representatives, achieving sales goals, managing the sales process, developing personal relationships with the customer base, providing input on design opportunities, and attending trade shows.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent, minimum of 3 to 5 years of related sales experience, experience in the transportation industry preferred, 60% overnight travel required, preference to live in Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, or Utah, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
