With a basketball court, pickleball court, golf simulator, full-scale gym, brewery and restaurant, we strive to provide a space where our employees can take advantage of our work hard, play hard philosophy.The Trade Show Coordinator / Events Coordinator role will play a critical part in strengthening partner relationships and enabling our sales organization by delivering seamless, strategically aligned experiences-from annual sales meetings and industry tradeshows to in-office technology days and roadshows.Essential FunctionsEvent Planning & Strategy:Develop and execute annual event calendar for TRG NA officesOwn end-to-end coordination of events, including:Annual Sales MeetingPartner ConferencesIndustry Tradeshows & EventsOther internal partner / sales engagementsLogistics & Execution:Lead all pre-event planning functions including internal kick-off calls, venue coordination, travel arrangements and onsite logistics.Manage setup / tear down processes and provide required support during events to ensure smooth execution.Serve as the central point of contact for all event- related communications internally and externally.Partner Engagement & Enablement Coordinate with Project Manager - Partner Engagement and Marketing to align event content and messaging with partner goals.Ensure partner participation and visibility at relevant events.Facilitate post-event follow-up including content sharing, feedback collection, and metrics reporting.Collaboration & Reporting:Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Teams to ensure alignment and resource efficiency.Track event ROI, attendee engagement, and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement.Maintain budgets, timelines, and documentation for all events.Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor.QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant work experience3+ years of experience in corporate event coordination, preferably in a partner or sales driven environmentExperience coordinating the attendance and particulars of corporate Trade ShowsProven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detailExperience supporting sales enablement, tradeshows, or partner marketing initiativesAbility to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentialityStrong communication, interpersonal, and vendor negotiation skillsWillingness to travel for event execution as neededProficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Asana, and other event software platformsAbility to take and pass a background checkPerformance RequirementsMust maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of managementMust be able to operate a computer and other position related technologiesMust be able to work flexible hours as neededMust be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TruWest employees and other stakeholdersMust adhere to all TruWest Values at all timesPhysical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the timeMust be able to access work locationsMust be able to stoop, stand, walk, bend, and stay upright to perform workMust be able to visually read written and digital informationMust be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structuresMust be able to receive detailed information through oral communicationTravel RequirementsMay be asked to travel up to 25% of the time Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
