About the RoleWe are partnered with a top fintech firm that is looking for a marketing analytics and operations leader to build and own the data function within our marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, you'll be responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights, optimizing performance across channels, and helping shape campaign strategy. You'll also lead email marketing execution, manage reporting cadences, and support resource allocation decisions with clear, visualized performance data.
