Become part of one of the worlds largest premium spirits suppliers and manage a critical part of our business. Collaborate with distributor marketing and sales teams and work closely with key accounts to build our business through excellent execution.

  • Entrepreneurial role in a high-volume, high-value market
  • Opportunity to develop sustainable on/off premise strategies, evaluate ROI, and build distributor relationships
  • Support the State Team in achieving volume, profit, and KPI targets for Delaware
Role Responsibilities
  • Enhance Suntory Global Spirits' brand presence across on and off-premise channels, including placements, menu listings, promotions, and display strategies.
  • Manage distributor relationships, monitor performance, and influence stakeholders to meet business objectives. Provide sales training and market insights.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and ensure compliance with initiatives, coordinating with regional teams.
  • Conduct planning and review sessions to identify opportunities and risks, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage budgets, stay compliant with laws and regulations, and foster an inclusive, diverse, and accountable culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize market opportunities and execute market activation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in spirits/wine or consumer goods industry
  • Stakeholder management and partnership development skills
  • Knowledge of distribution, promotion, sales techniques, and analytics
  • Experience with distributors is a plus
  • Strong planning, self-management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; budget management experience
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
