D.C. United & Audi Field are looking for an analytical and strategically-minded individual to fill the role of Manager, Business Strategy & Analytics.
The Manager, Business Strategy & Analytics will work supporting the organization in various aspects of overall business objectives to drive sales, improve retention, and facilitate data acquisition. The role’s primary objectives will be to manage our daily analytics operational initiatives, including, but not limited to: building data visualizations, supporting data warehouse operations and processes, develop predictive models, leverage data for the enhancement of business processes, and other day-to-day Business Strategy and Analytics responsibilities as assigned.
SALARY
$60,000 - $70,000
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze data and produce insights and recommendations for business objectives and decisions
Support the migration and development of data warehouse and ETL processes
Build and maintain reports and dashboard to measure, monitor and analyze operational results
Develop predictive data models to support business objectives
Maintain and improve data hygiene and quality control
Perform customer segmentation and exporting of targeted lists for marketing initiatives
Utilize SQL queries to develop insights and respond to ad hoc requests
Assist in data capture processes, including cleaning and importing large data sets
Assist with data cleaning, entry, research, and lead generation
Identify opportunities for improvement and advancement
Additional responsibilities, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau preferred) and Programming Languages (R, Python) preferred
Experience using Ticketmaster Archtics, or similar ticketing system experience preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
Experience using third-party market research tools, i.e. Nielsen Scarborough
Excellent time management, organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to work D.C. United and Audi Field events, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Competitive nature and a contagious, positive attitude
