Work with robotics/automated equipment, troubleshooting as needed and designing tooling/fixtures to improve throughput Using LEAN/Six Sigma principles, identify areas for process improvements and implement those initiatives into production Implement/update machine cell layouts using 3D Modeling software Establish and maintain process flow, writing work instructions, SOPs, and PFMEAs Train/guide maintenance team on proper handling of machinery and other equipment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 3+ years experience in manufacturing Strong experience working with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software Experience using PFMEAs Background leading/participating in LEAN/continuous improvements, and a mindset of always searching for ways to optimize manufacturing processes Technical/engineering degree preferred, but can be made up for with relevant experience Experience working with automation Experience writing/handling/reviewing of engineering documents Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills What's on Offer
