We are seeking a full time banquet manager to start as soon as possible. Banquet manager is responsible for hiring, training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all the banquet activities; ensuring successful functions and repeat business; and other duties as required/assigned. This is a management position. Qualifications include: comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations; service standards; guest relations and etiquette; and a minimum of two years of banquet captain or food and beverage supervisory experience. The compensation for this position is $78,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
