Healthcare Business Development Representative
American Family Care (AFC) is one of the largest primary and urgent care companies in the U.S. providing services seven days a week on a walk-in basis. Our state-of-the-art centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine. Each location is equipped with an onsite lab and in-house x-ray capability. AFC is the parent company of AFC Franchising, LLC (AFCF). This position works directly with a franchised business location. As a Healthcare Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will work closely with our management team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry. WC / OCCMED experience. Urgent Care experience. Knowledge
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges. Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Tech-Savvy
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions is a plus. Drive
