Job Summary:

The Department of Psychology & Counseling is seeking Adjunct instructors to teach various courses in the fully online MA Program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to be delivered for students in China. Courses include: Organizational Psychology, Research Methods & Design, Personnel Selection, Psychometrics, Behavioral Consulting, Human Resource Development, and Lifestyle and Career Counseling.

Required Qualifications:

Online Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MBA or related discipline combined with relevant professional experience required. Ability to teach a fully online course at the MA-level for students in China. Preference will be given to candidates with college teaching experience.

Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
