Position Overview: As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests, students, and clients at Tricoci University. Your role is central to creating a welcoming atmosphere, responding to inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and students with a friendly and professional demeanor. Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about programs and services. Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and tours. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment schedules. Address and resolve guest concerns and questions in a timely manner. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and positive experience for every guest. Support administrative tasks to enhance the operational flow of the university.

Requirements
Qualifications: Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills and capacity to multitask effectively. A positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service. Monday through Friday 5:00pm -10:00pm

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr.
