Establishes a culture of safety and compliance, maintaining a clean work environment in line with regulatory standards. Ensures robust quality control processes are in place throughout manufacturing, finishing, and fulfillment departments, meeting all specifications. Confirms overseas sample compliance with blueprints and company standards. Leads and organizes the Quality Assurance Department, collaborating with production teams to maintain quality and meet deadlines. Champions continuous improvement initiatives to enhance company-wide performance. Manages two QC inspectors, defining quality inspection standards and ensuring material compliance. Conducts inspections to evaluate product form, fit, and function, and prioritizes QA tasks effectively. Leads root cause investigations, prepares quality reports for management, and organizes Material Review Board (MRB) meetings. Supports production with corrective actions and improvement plans, driving manufacturing excellence. Reviews prototype inspections, reporting findings to design engineers and project managers, while assisting other departments in testing and standards adherence.
