Job Description
Lead development of MEP scopes, pricing, and bid packages. Analyze drawings and specifications for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades. Participate in design reviews and value engineering efforts. Support estimating efforts across multiple sectors: healthcare, education, retail, and more. Interface with regional leadership, PMs, and external partners to align estimating strategy. 10-15+ years of MEP estimating experience on large institutional projects from a sub or GC. Background in project management. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Proficiency in Excel and On-Screen Takeoff. Stable work history - no frequent job changes. Comfortable working in a fully in-office role based in Worcester, MA. What's on Offer
Salary: $120K-$150K+ (open to all levels depending on experience). Vehicle allowance available as needed.
