Lead Welder Job Overview:
The Welder Position will utilize Tig welders to weld aluminum including robotic welding Lead Robotic Welder Lead Welder Key Requirements: 3 year minimum of welding experience (Tig welding and robotics experience a plus) 2 years minimum of supervisory experience Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Lead Welder Key Responsibilities: Lead company welders, creating a positive, high performing team Utilize Mig and Tig welders and robotics to weld aluminum and stainless steel Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards Assisting in the assembly of parts PrideStaff Company Overview PrideStaff is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.
