Assembler - 1st shift

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a prominent client in the

Hudsonville area , specializing in LED lighting technology for commercial vehicles. They are currently seeking to fill an important role:

Full-Time Assembler 1 st shift

Monday - Friday

7 am - 3:30 pm

$16.63/hr

Paid Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble LED lighting components using hand tools, fixtures, and written instructions

Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and conformance

Read and follow work orders, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures

Package finished products for shipment according to specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Report any defects or equipment issues to the supervisor

Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high accuracy

Assembler Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and diagrams

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Comfortable using hand tools and small machinery

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
