Develop and implement efficient estimation processes for engineering Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate costings Support new product development initiatives, working to develop sustainable manufacturing processes for new production lines. 3+ years experience in a manufacturing/engineering role Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field Prior experience conducting quoting/estimating activities for manufacturing Experience working with external vendors/subcontractors to assess costs of materials Strong ability to read & interpret blueprints & manufacturing drawings Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles What's on Offer
