The Black Rock Mountain Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a hotel Shuttle Driver. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Shuttle Driver assists guests by providing them transportation as requested in the local area. They will serve as source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. If you are a person who enjoys engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to "WOW" people, we want you! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property. Your Role:

Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience Provide exceptional customer service Interacts with all guests Welcome all guests to his vehicle, opening doors as needed and assisting with any bags Knowledgeable of the local area and the traffic patterns and directions to commonly visited attractions/restaurants Offer up recommendations of other areas of interest Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the shuttle, reporting any problems that need attention to the manager Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation as needed Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized Be the difference with all guest and employees and do more than just "the norm" Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Minimum 21 years of age Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Familiarity with local area attractions, restaurants, and roadways Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests from diverse backgrounds Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to operate a hotel shuttle or similar vehicle safely and responsibly Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to lift, load, and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) Comfortable being on your feet and active for extended periods Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the larger guest services team The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
