SUMMARY : Provide administrative support to the Mortgage Lending Department by assisting high performing Mortgage Loan Officers with daily documentation, client contact, marketing activities, and customer service and support. Primary duties will include: mortgage document preparation, providing professional customer service (via phone, text, email and in person), problem resolution and records/file management. Additional duties include coordinating cross-selling of Bank products and services along with identifying potential new clients for Farmers National Bank.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support for the high-producing Mortgage Loan Officer(s) Manage the daily activities and interaction between clients and Farmers National Bank regarding documentation, communication and maintenance of the relationship Provide service to clients by providing detailed information on specific relationships and loans Handle all data entry of loan applications and documentation for mortgages Responsible for pipeline management and maintaining all loan files and submissions to underwriting/processing Research and resolve complex problems regarding service activities and operational issues Assist Mortgage Loan Officer(s) by coordinating cross-selling bank products and services Create and prepare documents for use in client presentations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology and policies and procedures Help Mortgage Loan Officer(s) create strong, long-term relationships with clients Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) NMLS certification required (or obtained upon hire) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support/administrative role required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong experience in the use of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expected Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
