The Position:

In this role, you'll be a key member of our quality team onsite. You will have direct responsibility to provide quality products to our customers while meeting internal and external requirements. This role will work closely with our cross-functional team, specifically Production, Production Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.

The Day to Day: Root Cause Analysis - Documentation, investigations, troubleshooting and resolutions. First Article Inspection (FAI)- Conduct inspections for metalwork, cabling and assist Production Engineers in conducting PCBA, SW, and top-level inspections when needed. Compliance- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards and requirements. Ensure compliance to manufacturing standards and the Safran Quality Management System. KPI's- Facilitate reviews of quality performance reported KPI's and coordinate with appropriate parties for notification and corrections. Documentation- Support process owners in their document maintenance. Continuous Improvement- Promote continuous improvement activities through training and communication within our organization.

What you Bring to Safran: Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience Master quality tools (8D, QRQC, FMEA, FAI, ...) Experience in high demanding sectors (aerospace, Defense, Automotive, ...) Knowledge in HW & SW products Experience in PLM & ERP systems (such as Arena & SAP) Ability to Collaborate with employees in different departments and at various levels Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written Ability to interpret technical documentation, requirements, and regulations
