The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting with costing functions, preparing analysis of financial and operating information, performing month-end accounting functions (journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations), and managing intercompany accounts. Additional Responsibilities Assist in budgeting and forecasting Perform Fixed Asset / Tooling Accounting Labor Variance Analysis and reporting Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis to discover trends and patterns Sales invoicing and reconciliations Backup Accounting Staff as required Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minimum of five years accounting experience Must be experienced with computerized accounting systems and proficient in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent verbal and written skills with a high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present information Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
