to join our Finance Team in

About the Role:
As a
Credit & Collections Specialist , you'll play a key role in ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and cash applications - helping keep our business running smoothly. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues, analyze credit risk, and maintain strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do: Manage AR aging and proactively collect outstanding balances Update and maintain accurate customer contact and billing information Record collection activities in accordance with team processes Partner with Sales and Ops teams to resolve invoice and shipment issues Analyze creditworthiness and assign credit limits or recommend changes Perform custom billing, account reconciliations, and audit support Provide first-level support for credit and AR inquiries Support daily deposit entry and reporting when needed Identify process improvement opportunities Meet and exceed collection goals and team KPIs
What You Bring: Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of B2B collections experience
with a track record of reducing overdue balances Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) ERP experience (SAP a plus) Organized, detail-oriented, and action-driven Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
