Position: Production Supervisor (Bakery)
Location: Egg Harbor, New Jersey 08232
Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least 3 years of Bakery Production experience AIB Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, and SQF Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred
Basic Job Duties Supervise, Coach, Train, and Crosstrain all Production employees. Ensure consistent food production according to the company's standards and recipes. Responsible for the scheduling and sequencing of baked products. Confirm all equipment is running properly and operating at correct speeds. Review Production schedules and final orders. Coordinate any changes, Ensure that products are produced with Quality and Safety in mind. Maintain a clean work area, efficient production, skilled labor, and eliminate waste.
