Own the strategy, positioning, and roadmap for assigned product lines Drive top-line revenue and manage profit margins through effective pricing and product strategies Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to bring new products to market Support customer requirements, manage custom product solutions, and serve as subject matter expert Provide sales enablement tools, training, and product marketing materials Forecast demand, track performance KPIs, and adjust plans to meet business targets Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and technical conferences as needed Ensure compliance with ITAR and internal product release protocols MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plus 5+ years of product management or product marketing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors Demonstrated success in managing technical product lines from concept to launch Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems US Citizenship or Green Card required (due to ITAR regulations) What's on Offer
