Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled

Manual Machinist/ CNC Machinist

with typical job shop environment experience to join our client's team. In this position, you will be responsible for

operating

and

maintaining various manual machining equipment

and

CNC equipment

to

produce precision parts . Your

expertise

in

machining, mechanical knowledge , and

programming

will be essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient

production of parts .

Responsibilities: -

Set up

and

operate manual machining equipment /CNC

such as

lathes, milling machines , and

bore gauges -

Read

and

interpret blueprints

to determine machining operations - Perform

calculations

and

measurements

to ensure accurate machining - Use

power tools

and

hand tools

to

shape, cut , and

finish parts -

Inspect finished parts

using

precision measuring instruments -

Make adjustments

to machines as needed for optimal performance -

Collaborate

with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process

Qualifications: Proven experience as a

Manual Machinist/ CNC

or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge

and understanding of

machining principles Proficiency in

programming CNC machines

and

operating manual machining equipment Ability to

read

and

interpret

blueprints

and

technical drawings Basic

math skills

for

calculations

and

measurements Familiarity

with

electrical discharge machining (EDM)

is

a plus Excellent attention to detail

and

precision

in

work Strong problem-solving skills

and ability to

troubleshoot machine issues Skills:

Mechanical

knowledge Programming Power tools

operation Blueprint reading Basic

math skills Lathe

operation Bore gauge

usage CNC operation
