Electrical Assembly Technician Overview:
Join a dynamic team at a leading manufacturing facility in South Whitley, IN. We are expanding our candidate pool for the SW Electrical Department and are seeking individuals with entry level electrical experience.
Pay is up to $20/hour depending on experience + an attendance bonus.
1st shift - 7A-3P, Monday - Friday
Electrical Assembly Technician Job Summary: As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment. This role does NOT involve working with live electrical systems.
Electrical Assembly Technician Key Responsibilities: - Terminate receptacles and wire HVAC units, lighting systems, and breaker boxes - Navigate and work within load centers - Understand and apply balance load count principles - Read and interpret blueprints, verifying accuracy and completeness - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Electrical Assembly Technician Qualifications: - Previous experience in electrical assembly or related field - Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical diagrams - Familiarity with electrical systems and components - Strong attention to detail and safety standards - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
