What Youll Do:
As a Warranty Repair Technician, youll play a critical role in upholding our service excellence by: As an HVAC Warranty Repair Technician, you will be the face of ProSkills commitment to fast, reliable, and skillful service. Youll: Perform
warranty repairs , troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms. Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently. Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job. Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkills trusted reputation. Ensuring jobsite and personal safety, following local codes and company protocols. Representing ProSkill with professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions. What You Bring:
Valid HVAC certification/license and experience with warranty or service repair. Minimum 3-5 years in HVAC residential/commercial repair. HVAC trade certification or license (where applicable). Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment (heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, etc.). Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings. Ability to work independently in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops). Solid communication and customer service skills. Benefits:
